I thought that I would only be able to see it glow in a dark room. I was very surprised and delighted when it lit up for the first time. Much brighter than I thought it would be. I recommend this to everyone. I like the glow of it.

I purchased the Genesis classic 12” model and it was worth EVERY penny. I’ve owned other plasma globes and similar devices in the past, but they pale in comparison to this one in terms of size, color, effects, and quality. I hesitated for years to get one and wish now I hadn’t. Don’t wait, get it. You won’t regret it.
It took me a year to get this globe. I must say it was WELL worth it! I made the mistake of ordering the 15" globe. People, it's just too big, hahaha. It's beautiful, I definitely recommend this company and its products. Thank you all, Bob.

Quality gas mixture very cool effects, quality glass and build. DOA unit was quickly replaced no hassle. The wands are also worth the extra cost + a globe!
Got this wand with a Phoenix Rising globe, but had to try it out on my Genesis immediately. Stunning! Tried it on a 3" battery powered globe and it still lit up! Not as brightly, but still the whole wand! Fantastic little accessory!

Appears to be a problem when you turn it on you have to turn it on a few times before it comes on I did purchase 2 of the Museum type from your company and they work great I bought this for my son as a gift will keep asking him if there still is a problem will let you know Thanks again

The plasma globes in the US are cheap and not quality , These globes are high end and much more entertaining . The globes in the US thirty years ago were quality . But for what ever reason they decided to make them cheap and they don’t last long . Thanks again Aurora

I got the 12" Legacy Genesis globe, and there aren't enough stars to convey my satisfaction with my purchase. It is simply magical to see, and each power level has its own delights. I had some technical questions, which were answered promptly and knowledgeably.
Caregiving is a difficult job. For many, there is no to little time off. In a nutshell, that is my life.
For the little time i do get, these globes are exactly what i needed! I enjoy them every chance i get! Each one has its own personality so i just say get one of each!

Absolutely love my Promethean Fire 12" globe. Initially I thought it wouldn't be as large as I hoped, but it's the perfect size. The globe is well built and I'm hoping to add more to my collection soon.
I was afraid that it may arrived damaged. But it did not because of the distance it traveled. The unit is just I wanted and it is AMAZING! The unit is very commercially built and designed. Im very pleased with the promethean fire globe. I had no issue with shipping. The experience is awesome! Looking forward to the 5000 hour mark! My only gripe is seeing a couple not available!
